CSC Direct Care Position
Location: Milford, PA
Presently we are accepting applications for the CSC Direct Care Position.
Progressive Rehab of PA, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer, EOE. We employ licensed professional therapy staff in all treating disciplines, as well as unlicensed Community Service Coordinators, CSC’s, a direct care position that works with our client population in their residences and within the local community. We provide new employees with an intensive orientation program, staff competency program, and ongoing In-service training to insure competence and confidence when completing job responsibilities. Qualifications and Experience Requirements are as follows:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 Months experience with handicap or disabled individuals
- Bachelor’s Degree a plus Interested Candidates must successfully meet the following criteria:
- Criminal Background check
- Physical Capacity Assessment
- Driver License clearance
