Progressive Rehab offers a variety of rehabilitative services through the employment of highly qualified therapists. These therapy team members work together to develop a unique plan of care for each client. All therapy services are delivered in group and individual sessions. Frequency and requirement of the above services and others is based on individual assessments and will be determined by the treating team.
Occupational therapists work alongside clients to help them develop or recover their ability to perform activities of daily living (ADL). These skills may include dressing, bathing, standing and using assistive equipment. Assistance is provided with obtaining and learning use of adaptive equipment. Our therapists utilize the clinic, community, and residences to reach functional goals in identified skill areas.

Our therapists work to adapt the training program to include each client’s interests, such as cycling and weightlifting or horseback riding, skiing and water sports. PT offers bodyweight supported gait training, orthotic and prosthetic evaluation and training, seating, and positioning, pain management programs, as well as individualized fitness programming including introduction to adaptive sports such as cycling and weightlifting. We will also aid and support the pursuit of any physical activity through access to multiple local adaptive sporting programs that offer horseback riding, skiing, water sports and more.

As a single point of contact, case managers allow for an open line of communication facilitating timely follow up to any updates, concerns, or requests. The case management department also works closely with our clients and the interdisciplinary team to develop a detailed plan of care tailored to the individual.
